Sesame Ginger Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup soba noodles, 1 cup mixed greens, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup red bell pepper, 1/4 cup cucumber, 2 tbsp ginger dressing, sesame seeds
Instructions:
Cook soba noodles and rinse. Chop veggies. Layer noodles with greens and veggies. Drizzle with ginger dressing and sprinkle sesame seeds.
