Sesame Tahini

Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • – 2 cups sesame seeds – 1/2 tsp salt – 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Toast sesame seeds at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes. 2. Let cool, then blend in a food processor until smooth. 3. Add salt and olive oil if desired.

NOTES: Great for hummus!
