- 1 cup bulgur, 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1/4 cup red onion, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, 2 tbsp tahini sauce, parsley
Instructions
- Cook bulgur. Roast chickpeas with spices. Layer bulgur with chickpeas, red onion, and tomatoes. Drizzle with tahini sauce and garnish with parsley.
