  • 1 cup lentils, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1 cup basmati rice, 1 onion (sliced and caramelized), 1/4 cup almonds (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Cook lentils with spices. Cook rice. Mix lentils and rice. Top with caramelized onions and almonds.
