Spicy Black Bean Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup rice, 1/2 cup black beans (cooked), 1/2 cup corn, 1/4 cup red onion (diced), 1/4 avocado (sliced), Chipotle sauce
Instructions:
Cook rice according to package instructions. Combine rice, black beans, corn, red onion, and avocado in a bowl. Drizzle with chipotle sauce.
Notes:
