Spicy Chickpea Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas (canned or cooked), 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cucumber (sliced), 1 bell pepper (sliced), 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), Tahini sauce
Instructions:
Season chickpeas with smoked paprika and cayenne pepper. In a bowl, combine spinach, cucumber, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Add seasoned chickpeas on top. Drizzle with tahini sauce.
Notes:
