Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup tofu, 1/4 cup peas, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cup bell peppers, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sriracha, green onions
Instructions
- Cook brown rice. Stir-fry tofu, peas, carrots, and bell peppers with soy sauce and sriracha. Layer rice with stir-fried veggies and garnish with green onions.
