Spicy Thai Peanut Buddha Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice, 1/2 cup shredded carrots, 1/2 cup bell pepper (sliced), 1/2 cup snap peas, 1/4 cup red cabbage (shredded), Thai peanut sauce

Instructions:
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions. Combine jasmine rice, carrots, bell pepper, snap peas, and red cabbage in a bowl. Drizzle with Thai peanut sauce.

Notes:
Top with chopped peanuts for extra crunch. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
