Sriracha Chickpea Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice, 1 can chickpeas, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup spinach, 1 avocado, 2 tbsp sriracha sauce, lime juice
Instructions:
Cook jasmine rice. Sauté chickpeas with sriracha until crispy. Layer rice with spinach, carrots, avocado, and chickpeas. Squeeze lime juice over.
