Sunflower Seed Butter

Ingredients:
- – 2 cups sunflower seeds – 1/2 tsp salt – 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
- 1. Roast sunflower seeds at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. 2. Let cool, then blend in a food processor until smooth. 3. Add salt and honey if desired.
NOTES: Great for school lunches!
