    1 cup pink pitaya (dragon fruit), peeled and cubed 1/2 cup fresh mango chunks 1/2 cup grated carrots 1 cup fresh carrot juice 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 cup ice cubes

  1. 1. Add pink pitaya, mango chunks, grated carrots, carrot juice, lemon juice, and turmeric to the blender.

    Add ice cubes.
    Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and well combined.
    Pour into glasses, creating a layered effect if desired.
