Sweet and Savory Buddha Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup spinach, 1/2 apple (sliced), 1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup pecans (chopped), 1/4 cup goat cheese (crumbled), Maple Dijon dressing

Instructions:
Combine spinach, apple, sweet potatoes, pecans, and goat cheese in a bowl. Drizzle with maple Dijon dressing.

Notes:
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on sweet potatoes. Use mixed greens as the base.
