1 cup jasmine rice, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup red cabbage, 1/4 cup snap peas, 1/2 avocado, 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce, sesame seeds
Instructions
Cook jasmine rice. Lightly steam broccoli, cabbage, and snap peas. Layer rice with veggies and avocado. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
