Sweet Potato Chickpea Buddha Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 sweet potato, 1 can chickpeas, 1 cup kale, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup red onion, 2 tbsp hummus, lemon juice, salt, pepper

Instructions:
