Teriyaki Salmon Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup white rice, 1 salmon fillet, 1/2 cup edamame, 1/2 cup cucumber (sliced), 1/4 avocado (sliced), Teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
Cook white rice according to package instructions. Grill or bake salmon fillet until cooked through. Combine white rice, edamame, cucumber, and avocado in a bowl. Top with salmon fillet. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
Notes:
Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve with a side of pickled ginger.
