Teriyaki Tempeh Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup sushi rice, 100g tempeh, 1/4 cup edamame, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup spinach, 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds
Instructions:
Cook sushi rice and steam veggies. Sauté tempeh with teriyaki sauce. Layer rice, veggies, and tempeh. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
