Ingredients

  • 1 cup sushi rice, 1/4 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup bell peppers, 1/4 cup snap peas, 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice. Lightly steam broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Layer rice with veggies. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
