    (1 cup jasmine rice, 1/2 lb shrimp, 1/4 cup bell pepper, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp Thai basil sauce, lime wedge)

Instructions

    (Cook jasmine rice. Sauté shrimp with Thai basil sauce. Layer rice with shrimp, bell pepper, carrots, avocado, and garnish with lime wedge.)
