Tofu Scramble Veggie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, 1 bell pepper (diced), 1 onion (diced), 2 cups spinach, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Crumble tofu and sauté with vegetables and spices. 2. Add spinach and cook until wilted. 3. Stir in nutritional yeast. 4. Serve in bowls.

Add black salt (kala namak) for an eggy flavor. Serve with toast or roasted potatoes.
