Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Press and cube tofu
- Sauté tofu in sesame oil until golden
- Julienne carrot
- Wilt spinach in the same pan
- Assemble tofu, spinach, and carrot in a bowl
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds, salt, and pepper
