Ingredients

  • 1 block tofu
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Press and cube tofu
  2. Sauté tofu in sesame oil until golden
  3. Julienne carrot
  4. Wilt spinach in the same pan
  5. Assemble tofu, spinach, and carrot in a bowl
  6. Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds, salt, and pepper
