Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup tofu, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup sesame seeds, 1 tbsp soy sauce, Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions. Sauté tofu and broccoli until tender. Combine all ingredients in a coconut bowl and drizzle with soy sauce.
Use marinated tofu!
