Tropical Quinoa Buddha Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa, 1 mango (diced), 1 avocado (sliced), 1 cup red cabbage (shredded), 1 carrot (grated), 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped), Lime wedges

Instructions:
Cook quinoa according to package instructions. Let cool. Combine quinoa, mango, avocado, red cabbage, carrot, and cilantro in a bowl. Squeeze fresh lime juice on top. Toss gently to mix.

Notes:
Add a sprinkle of chia seeds for an extra nutrition boost. This bowl pairs well with a light vinaigrette.
