Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 lb mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas), 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp ginger, minced

Instructions

  • Heat coconut oil in a wok, add vegetables and stir-fry for 10 minutes. Add soy sauce and ginger, cook for another 5 minutes.
