Ingredients:

  • – 2 cups walnuts – 1/2 tsp salt – 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Roast walnuts at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes. 2. Let cool, then blend in a food processor until smooth. 3. Add salt and maple syrup if desired.

NOTES: Perfect for drizzling over pancakes.
