Whipped Matcha Latte

This super creamy whipped matcha latte (aka “dalgona matcha”) is a trendy and aesthetic drink that’s perfect for rejuvenating your mornings.

  • 2 tbsp Matcha Powder
  • 120 grams whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 400 grams milk
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the matcha powder, sugar and whipping cream. Mix thoroughly until no lumps of matcha remain. Try smushing the matcha against the sides of the bowl to break it up.

  2. Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the mixture until it becomes soft peaks. The matcha cream should be creamy and hold its shape when stirred around or lifted with a spoon.

  3. Fill a glass halfway with milk. (optional: add ice)

  4. Spoon the whipped matcha cream on top of the milk.

  5. Sprinkle a light dusting of matcha powder on the top to your liking.

  6. Stir together before
