Ingredients

  • 1 cup wild rice, 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms, 1/4 cup steamed broccoli, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 2 tbsp soy sauce, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook wild rice as per package instructions. Sauté mushrooms and steam broccoli. Layer rice with mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, and drizzle with soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
