Ingredients

  • 1 cup barley, 1/4 cup edamame, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup bell pepper, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp sesame dressing, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook barley. Lightly steam edamame and bell pepper. Layer barley with edamame, carrots, bell pepper, and avocado. Drizzle with sesame dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
