- 1 cup barley, 1/4 cup edamame, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup bell pepper, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp sesame dressing, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook barley. Lightly steam edamame and bell pepper. Layer barley with edamame, carrots, bell pepper, and avocado. Drizzle with sesame dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
