Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup cooked broccoli, 1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage, 1/4 cup edamame, 1/4 cup carrot ribbons, 2 tbsp ginger dressing, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice. Steam broccoli. Layer rice with broccoli, cabbage, edamame, and carrot ribbons. Drizzle with ginger dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
