- 1 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, 2 tbsp garlic herb dressing, thyme
Instructions
- Cook quinoa. Sauté mushrooms with garlic herb dressing. Layer quinoa with mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes. Garnish with thyme.
