Ingredients

    (1 cup quinoa, 1/2 lb shrimp, 1/4 cup diced bell pepper, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp garlic butter, lemon wedge)

Instructions

    (Cook quinoa as per instructions. Sauté shrimp in garlic butter till cooked. Layer quinoa, shrimp, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and garnish with lemon wedge.)
