Made with just 3 simple ingredients

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil may help you lose weight. It also has antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, and it may help improve skin and oral health. Since coconut is also very high in protein, these coconut balls are extremely filling!

Syrup of your choice. 

Shredded Coconut

Unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

Directions

1. Mix all your ingredients until a smooth dough forms.

Your dough should be soft enough to mold with your hands, but not too mushy.
If it seems to dry, add a little more coconut oil.
If it seems too wet, add a little more shredded coconut.

2. Using your hands, roll into small balls, then roll into the extra coconut

3. Let set in the fridge for 2 hours in an air tight container.

How To Store

These 3 ingredient coconut truffle balls will keep in the fridge for several weeks when sealed in an airtight container. Or freeze for up to 3 months!

  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup Syrup your choice
  • 2 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix all your ingredients until a smooth dough forms

  2. Using your hands, roll into small balls

  3. Roll balls into the extra coconut

  4. Let set in the fridge for 2 hours to firm up
