Coconut Truffles

These simple no-bake coconut balls are made with just 3 ingredients. They are gluten-free, refined sugar free, raw, vegan , healthy and taste amazing! Moist chewy coconut flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup Syrup your choice
  • 2 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix all your ingredients until a smooth dough forms

  2. Using your hands, roll into small balls

  3. Roll balls into the extra coconut

  4. Let set in the fridge for 2 hours to firm up

Recipe Notes

Your dough should be soft enough to mold with your hands, but not too mushy. If it seems to dry, add a little more coconut oil. If it seems too wet, add a little more shredded coconut. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
