Mix all your ingredients until a smooth dough forms
Using your hands, roll into small balls
Roll balls into the extra coconut
Let set in the fridge for 2 hours to firm up
Your dough should be soft enough to mold with your hands, but not too mushy. If it seems to dry, add a little more coconut oil. If it seems too wet, add a little more shredded coconut. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
