Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 cup peas, 1/4 cup almonds, 2 tbsp tahini, Salt, Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop cauliflower and toss with turmeric; Roast cauliflower at 400°F for 25 minutes; Steam peas; Toast almonds; Mix cauliflower, peas, and almonds in a bowl; Drizzle with tahini, salt, and pepper
