Vegan Almond Milk Mayo
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond milk Unsweetened
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons ripe avocado
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

When smooth, place in a bowl and chill in the fridge (will continue to thicken the mixture).

Store in the fridge up to 5 days.
