Mediterranean Buddha Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/2 cup cucumber (diced), 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (sliced), 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled), 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced), Tzatziki sauce
Instructions:
Cook quinoa according to package instructions. Let cool. Combine quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta cheese, and red onion in a bowl. Top with tzatziki sauce.
Notes:
