Delivery Issues & Solutions
What if my package doesn't arrive on time?
If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately. We'll investigate with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund. We take delivery delays seriously and will work to resolve the issue.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us right away at hello@buddhabowls.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We'll also file a claim with the carrier.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we may be able to change your delivery address. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process. Contact us immediately at hello@buddhabowls.com if you need to make changes.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We can ship to PO boxes for Standard Shipping only. Next Day Domestic shipping requires a street address for delivery. Please select the appropriate shipping method based on your address type.
What about signature required?
Most of our shipments don't require a signature. However, if you'd like to require a signature for security, please contact us before placing your order and we can arrange this for an additional fee.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
While we can't guarantee specific delivery dates, we can work with you on special requests. Contact our support team at hello@buddhabowls.com to discuss your needs.
