Thai Peanut Buddha Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice, 100g tofu, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/4 cup cabbage, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp soy sauce, lime juice, peanuts

Instructions:
Cook jasmine rice. Sauté tofu with soy sauce. Mix peanut butter and soy sauce for dressing. Layer rice with veggies and tofu. Top with peanuts and drizzle with peanut sauce.
