Dragon Fruit

It has a subtly sweet, tropical flavor reminiscent of strawberry, pear and kiwi, with a bright, alluring pink color to add visual appeal to your signature pink recipes.

Coconut Milk

You can use any kind of milk that you want! I used vanilla coconut milk in mine, which makes it totally dairy free.

Pink Matcha Latte

Organic Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus Undatus) aka “Pink Matcha” grows in Central America and South East Asia. It is naturally pink and is bursting with vitamins and minerals. No sugar added but naturally sweet with hints of strawberry and kiwi.

Iced Matcha Pink Drink

First, fill a glass with ice.

Next, grab a small blender. In the blender, add 1 teaspoon pink pitaya powder and 1 cup of coconut milk.

Blend for 1-2 minutes till it is totally combined and the milk is pink.

Pour the pink milk half way up your glass.

Next, in a cup add, 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder, 1 tablespoon of the hard part from the refrigerated can of coconut milk, and ½ cup coconut milk.
Use your milk frother to blend until the matcha foam is totally frothy and smooth.

Scoop your matcha foam on top of the pink milk.
