Soothing Chamomile Tub Tea

Ingredients:

  • Dried chamomile flowers, Epsom salt, Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Combine 1 cup of dried chamomile flowers with 1/2 cup of Epsom salt. 2. If desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of honey for extra skin benefits. 3. Place in a muslin bag and add to the tub as it fills. 4. Soak for 20-30 minutes.
