Spicy Ginger Tub Tea
Ingredients:
- Dried ginger root, Epsom salt, Cinnamon sticks, Honey (optional)
Instructions:
- 1. Mix 1/2 cup of dried ginger root, 1/2 cup of Epsom salt, and 2-3 cinnamon sticks. 2. If desired, add honey for a soothing touch. 3. Place in a muslin bag and add to the tub as it fills. 4. Soak for 20-30 minutes.
